Re: I got my results
Hi artist, Sorry for the delay. I'm sure you have received your results by now and can verify that they match what you saw online. I've never heard of there being a discrepancy between the two. What motivated you to ask this question? What motivated me? Paranoia, I guess. :) I got excellent results...

I got my results
I saw results online, but will the result they send by post be the same or will there be any discrepancies? That would be disappointing.

Re: Need an advice
Must I use big words/long sentences in speaking to convince the examiner that I have a wide range of vocabulary, or is it okay to use regular words and short sentences?

Re: Worried about speaking test
Thanks, Rob. You've been helpful.
Another thing. I was fluent for the most part, but I struggled while answering one question in part 3. And I didn't use big words throughout. Only simple words but grammatically accurate sentences. Will I be marked down for this?

Worried about speaking test
My speaking test concluded. I am worried about a few things: 1) Why is there a recording? Will they give scores only after listening to the recording? 2) I spoke well on topic 2 but didn't realize I had stopped 10 seconds or so short of 2 minutes, so the examine indicated with body language and I co...

Is first person allowed in writing?
Hi, I assume in letter writing first person is inevitable, but what of essay writing? Is first person okay, or must it be third person? Please help with immigration question
Hi, I am new to this forum. :) I am from India. I have a doubt on Australia PR nominated category Subclass 190. Let's say my nominated occupation is ICT trainer. So, if I get the PR (and let's say the state sponsoring me is NSW), does that mean I can only work as ICT trainer (and not as business ana...

Please help me with listening section
Hi, I am new here. :) I took a practice test - I do well in the first two sections of listening module, but somehow the last two are very tough. Any tips? It is so hard to listen and read the question (and write down answers, lol) at the same time. Is there any trick that might be useful? Also with ...
