Actually you re right,

There was no clear explanation so it took some time and it was distracted; they should be matched before we start; as you said Jane could be man(real world). thats why i think these 4 questions should be valid/correct for everyone

It was easy;

A=Jane
B=Dougl.
C=Both

Example; we will make report together, so it should be C etc...
