You gave a very good example and explained it very well. I would say a 6. In order to raise your score you would have to start using the correct endings for your past tense verbs.

There is too much noise in your recording. It is far too distracting unfortunately for me to listen to.

The biggest mistakes that I found were 'few money' instead of 'a little money' and some difficulty starting your topic answer. However, I thing you would have a strong 6.5 or 7 score for the speaking.
