What happens if someone needs additional answer sheets for writing section? Extra sheets are allowed? Do we need to staple them?

I have an irritating habit of hyphenating my words, sometimes unnecessarily so. Eg., time-table, ticket-office, answer-sheets, etc.
In the listening section, if I wrongly hyphenate a word, will I be penalized?

Can I start a sentence with But, However,And, So, etc.? Eg. If I am countering a point I made previously, can I use But at the start of the next sentence?
I just want to know if on IELTS, I will be marked down for doing so.
