Try checking ielts.org for the results. Even my test center told me that result was delayed, but after some hours i checked online in ielts.org and found my results there.

first time : L 8 W 6.5 R 7.5 S 7
second time : L9 W 6 R 8 S 6
third time April 5th - L8 R 7 W 6.5 S 6.5

i have analysed my mistakes in last exam.Hopefully the score changes this time.
