every one single word is counted, except those in chunk copy

Yes you can, once the booklet is opened, there is no rule ban you to do so. I also did that today in my exam. But be careful do not miss the instruction later. it might be disaster if you forgot the next part will include which questions

It is table and task 2 is to what degree you agree or not agree that impose a higher legal age for car/motorbike lience will improve road safety.
