This essay will talk about cloths that employees should wear in their company. Some employers want their staff to dress formally. On the other hand, other organizations results value are more important than what are employees wearing. My own opinion is that clothes should be worn suitable in different jobs.
Some employers want their staff to dress smartly, and I can understand their points of view. Staff wear formally can improve customer services then customers will go back to the company because they feel comfortable. Not only to improve the image of company but also show high standards. In addition, if everyone in company wears the same clothes, the employee equality will be made. Employees will work together more effective. For example KFC employees have formal uniform in order to attract customers.
However, others argue that the value results are more important than appearance. Some jobs do not have to deal with customers. The clear example for this point that IT are isolate, they do not have to communicate with customer. Not at all, they will feel comfortable when they are working. Other opinions for this point that in some situations, formal cloths are unsuitable like constructions or builder, their jobs are dirty so why do they need to dress smartly ?
In my opinion, formal clothes should be worn in right situations. It should be suitable for each jobs so it can make staff feel comfortable and the image of the company also can be improved. Overall, the most important thing is that organizations should provide the suitable uniforms for staff in order to have the best standard for the company.
