First of all, employees benefits much from working from home. They needn’t to go outside the home. In addition, many employees in big cities spends approximately 20% of their time traveling between work and home. So, by working from home they will optimize their time. Moreover, many employees spent less time with their families. Because, from afternoon to evening they are at work, and usually in the evening they are very tired from work. So, working in home gives more time to spend with your family.
Despite advantages, there are also many disadvantages. First of all, probably people will be unsocial. They will have difficulties with dealing with people. Because, working with people also needs many practices. Secondly, working in home difficult to motivate yourself. In addition, there are many distractions in the home. If you have children, then probably you will have many noises and distractions. In addition, life will get more boring, everyday you leave in the same routine of life.
In summary, I think advantages and disadvantage are depends on people and type of work. If your work is typing or dealing with documents, then working in home will be good for you. If your work involves communicating with other employees or difficult technical work, then working in home will not help.
