It is not so easy to answer the questionthese questions? accurately.what do you mean by accurately However, sentenced convicted individualsi don't like the sound of ' sentenced individuals, why not just criminals ? should be punished as per their crime. And it doesn’t mean that all lawbreakers should be equally punished. But, it is avery crucial decision to give punishment according to the convicted person.dont get this sentence
For criminals who have very terrible criminal records and the bailed people who are arrested for a serious kind of crime; murder for instance, should be taught a very tough lesson and even they should be reconsidered in order to not let them repeat their deeds. They should be sentenced very hard punishment that could help not only for them but also the other citizens can live their life without any fear.
While on the other hand, Bailed people who do not have any criminal record at all and just arrested for crimes such as, minor theft, drugs smuggling, crimes committed by children, and other negligible crimes; should be cared under supervision and they shouldn’t have tough prison but instead, these kind of people should be treated under mental treatments.
At last, what? Accordingcapital ? to a proverb “one doesn’t fit all” becomes really true in the case. That the decision to give law-breakers be rehabilitated or they should be punished is always been dependent on the crime of the criminals and their past criminal background also. so confusing.....

It is not easy to answer this question accurately. However, convicted criminals should be punished as per their crime. And this doesn’t mean that all lawbreakers should be equally punished. But it is a crucial decision to give appropriate punishments.
For criminals who have terrible criminal records and people who are arrested for a serious crime such as murder, should be taught a very tough lesson so they know not to repeat their deeds. They should be sentenced harshly, which will help not only them but also other citizens who can live their life without any fear.
On the other hand, bailed people who do not have any criminal record at all and were just arrested for crimes such as minor theft, drugs smuggling, crimes committed by children, and other negligible crimes; should be cared for under supervision and they shouldn't face tough prison but instead, these kinds of people should be treated for mental health issues.
At last, the proverb, “One size doesn’t fit all” is really true in this case. That the decision to have law-breakers rehabilitated punished is always been dependent on the crime and their past criminal background also.
