How do you prepare Reading and Listing ??

Hello friends , As my IELTS exam is knocking at the door near and near . It is is in 21st March . Could you please please give me some tips how to increase score in Reading And Listing . I tried my best to get good score but I can't . So, give me the tips which can help me a lots . :)
