Help PLEASE what's the best strategy to improve reading ??

Hi , my exam is next saturday so, I am still getting problem in reading . The first thing time is very limited to go every passage through . Even i skimmed the passage and get the answer but its very difficult to fin the correct ans . Am i only the one facing such problem ??? :( :(
