In the XX century, having a single career certainly defined one’s specification towards certain professional area and the possibility of opening into a new field was rather unusual or disregarded. Nowadays, an increasing popularity shown on several career studying, is imposing a new fashion. It is agreed that this new fashion would prevail and become predominant. This would be proven through analyzing technology’s effect on job’s conception and the growing rate on rush of activities produced by multiple stimulators.

Looking first at technology’s effect on how working force’s patterns were structured, it is clear that with technological improvements things have substantially changed. For instance, car manufacturers no longer need chain employees, instead they were replaced by machines. This example outlines that some new jobs are being generated and some others simply disappear, turning the regard into conceiving jobs as functions. Thus, continuous education up-date is required to fulfill these new tasks, whether to manipulate new implements or to creatively develop how to apply those into new fields.

The increasing trend on rush of activities is catalyzed by the raising capability of paying attention to several stimulators at a time. Take children’s ability to focus on TV, radio and cellphone at a time, for example. This clearly illustrates that new generations are becoming more and more responsive to multitasking requirements in contrast to old generations who tended to be more unilateral-prone: the impact on this issue will be seen through an increase on study reception. As a result, people would actually require to receive plenty of information, making further education a continuing issue through life considering these new establishing patterns among society.

After analyzing the areas of new job’s conception and multitasking responses broadening, the study of many careers or courses as well as other ways of earning money will be needed in a few decades. It can be concluded that this new fashion would become predominant through life. Further, it is expected that creative development to gain continuous up-date as well as tasking responses from various stimulators, should be needed for future jobs.
