Work is being done on the street where you live. The noise is disturbing you.
Write a letter of complaint to your local council. In your letter:

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to complain about the construction been done and the noise it generates as a result day and night.
My name is Haris Shuja and I live adjacent to Anas Ibn Malek Street, where all the construction for the new optical fiber cable is under progress, due to which I am extremely upset.
The main problem is noises generated by all the heavy machinery and digging of the ground which starts 6:00 am in the morning and continues until late night. I am unable to sleep in the morning and unable to relax after coming back from office.
I would advise the council to take a serious note of this situation and complete this construction as soon as possible. While the work is under development, it would be advisable to adjust the timings from 8:00 am in the morning to 5:00 pm in the evening.
