Plan A below shows a health centre in 2005. Plan B shows the same place in present day
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given image illustrates an overall change of a health center from 2005 until the present day.
First of all, a huge change that can be observed is the sizes of the parking lot and the garden. They cut off lots of space of the garden to give more room for the parking lot, which is now 30 spaces comparing to 12 spaces previously.
Furthermore, we can see that the health centre now is providing 1 more consultant room to meet the needs of patients and 1 minor operations room, which is located on the left side of the physiotherapy room. Another added place to the centre is the children's play areas. It is placed in front of the reception desk, beside the entrance on the left side of the health centre in order that the receptionist can look out for the children while they play.
In summary, the health centre has changed a ton, providing more services and the overall envvironment is more spacious. The only thing that remains unchanged is the positions of the office and the physiotherapy room.
