I am writing this letter to register a complaint about the problems we are facing in our locality with the internet connectivity.
We hail from the place Chenai and in our locality we are encountering either slow internet connectivity or no connectivity. We have been facing this issue for a while and more predominantly during the evenings
This is causing multiple impacts to various set of people. To cite some the school students, the college students and the tertiary education students are unable to prepare or complete their project work as they have to refer to the internet to collect the relevant materials. Professionals are unable to do work from home as the VPN connectivity is getting lost due to poor network and the inconsistent download speeds.
We would advise you to consider this as a priority issue and work with the concerned department to provide a speedy connection or at least enable the existing connection to deliver the promised speed, which was assured during the installation of this connection. Also we request you to monitor the strength of the network on a regular basis by getting feedback from the local ite’s.
Hope to see some immediate action taken about this issue failing which we will approach the consumer forum for necessary reimbursement and claims.
