I suppose I have to compel that this was based on pre-prepared but memorized script.
The Question was:

You should say:
what you forgot to do
when this happened
where it happened
and explain what you did about it. *
or
and explain what the result of your forgetting was. *
or
and explain how you felt later. *

The exam anxiety always bothers me.
Anyway, I am looking forward to getting more harsh critics regarding my pronuncition and intonation, as well as the content itself.
