PLEASE KINDLY ASSESS MY WRITING TASK 2 - BAD STUDENT BEHAVIOUR

Post by hollanda »

In many countries schools have severe problems with student behaviour. What do you think are the causes of this? What solutions can you suggest?
Poor student behaviour is a major cause of concern in many schools across the whole world. There are several reasons which are responsible for this phenomenon and various measures can be taken by schools and parents to improve the situation.
On the one hand, disruptive student behaviour can be attributed to a range of reasons. Firstly, school curriculum is becoming more and more heavily in many countries in recent years. Students are often required to complete a large number of assignments and group projects, so they might feel stressed and exhausted. As a result, they might gradually react against learning, play truant and show little respect towards their teachers. Secondly, the lack of parental guidance is also hold accountable for children being violent and aggressive in school. As parents become increasingly busy with their careers and do not spend enough time with their children, they might feel lonely and neglected. Consequently, they might turn to antisocial behaviour in hope that it will remind their parents of their existence.
However, there are several actions that schools and parents could take to solve the problems described above. The first solution would be to reduce the demands made on students by school curriculum in order to lighten their workload. This will lead to a more positive attitude among students towards schools. The second action must count on parents to spend more quality time with their children on a regular basis. This will enable parents to get to know their offspring’s problems, which will allow them to act timely and give suitable advice whenever there is a need.
In conclusion, although problematic student behaviour can be resulted from many causes, feasible solutions can be adopted by schools and parents to mitigate this problem.

Disruptive student behaviour can be attributed to a range of reasons. Firstly, school loads are becoming more and more heavy in many countries. The second action must rely on parents to spend more quality time with their children on a regular basis. In conclusion, although problematic student behaviour can come from many causes, feasible solutions can be adopted by schools and parents to mitigate this problem.
