A glance at the two figures provided is a bar graph showing reasons why adults decide to study and a pie chart showing opinion about how the cost of education should be shared.
There is no surprise that interest in subject and the desire to gain qualification were the main reasons why respondents opted to study. Both reason accounted for 40 and 30 percent respectively.22 percent of people choose to study because it will be helpful for their current job. The desire to improve prospect of promotion same as enjoying learning and studying both stood at 20 percent
Looking at the pie chart, the respondents want to bear only 40 percent of cost for education while employers and tax payers should bear 35 percent and 25 percent respectively

Hello again!
The key problem is that not all the data from the bar chart has been included. There is also no overview. These two factors will reduce the Task Achievement score significantly.
A variety of grammatical structures are used, but mistakes are common. Vocabulary is generally good, but remember not to include 'emotional' words such as 'no surprise' and 'want' as these are not indicated by the data.
All the best,
David
