Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school.
Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Learning is a “kaizen” process especially when it comes to learning a language. In today’s cosmopolitan environment, a student interacts with variety of people from across the globe to exchanges the ideas and knowledge and knowing a foreign language plays a vital role. Even lot of students go abroad to pursue higher studies. If a student is being taught at an early age in school, it not only helps him/her in developing the proficiency but also make him more comfortable interacting with the larger set of people.
Learning a language at an early age helps an individual to develop the fluency and command over it as at the later age it may be little challenging due to commitment and other responsibilities. There are various educational institutions who add the foreign languages as a part of their curriculum even there are institution that provides the degrees to pursue the course on foreign language.
Nowadays, in globalized world, a foreign language adds a weight age in the resume which helps in fetching a job too. For e.g. If software is being developed, one of the important consideration kept in mind is to support the global languages to ensure that it can be used even in non-English environment.
There are few developing countries where English is not being used as a First language. For e.g. countries like France or chine where English is not being spoken/used widely .In those places, awareness of the foreign language will always help individual not for the survival even to understand the local culture more deeply and communication would be much easier. Even if someone setup a tour and travel business interaction with the customers in their locale will make them more secure and comfortable. The only disadvantage if the foreign language is being used over the period of time, there could be likely tendency that individual may start losing on the fluency.

Hello!
The essay is not organised correctly. The introduction is longer than the first two main paragraphs and there is no conclusion.
The question has not been answered in any way. The essay is about languages generally, not about when/where they should be learnt.
All the best,
David
