Please review Task 2 for GT and rate.

In mane countries more and more young people are leaving school but unable to find jobs. What are the reasons of youth unemployment? What measures should be taken to reduce the level of unemployment among youngsters?
************************************************************

One of the biggest challenges which many countries have especially the populous countries is increased in the unemployment level. With the amount of students passing every year, there are not sufficient job opportunities and thus creates unemployment. However, there are various reasons for that which is illustrated below.

Apparently, there are various factors which can contribute to unemployment like skill set, competency level and their education qualifications. Some of students are having the blend of this but are unable to express themselves due to lack of interpersonal skills. Another reason is in increased in competition level which is also making it very challenging for the employers to absorb making candidates. Students are not having specialized or unique skills set due to which they are not able to attract much of the employers. For e.g. a research company will always take a Master candidate over a graduate.

As far as measured are concerned, Government should create more opportunities by making investment in country or by asking foreign countries to invest to retain the talent rather than brain drain. For instance, Bangalore is a hub for many of the Software companies across the globe. Our education system should impart more of a practical learning rather than theoretical knowledge so that future students can be molded and ready to face any kind of challenge.

To conclude, this is one of the serious challenges in front of students and authorities. However, an effective measure should be taken so that students utilized their mind in productive activities rather than being unproductive as “an empty vessel makes much noise”.

Hello!

The first main paragraph is reasonable, despite some strange phrasing, e.g. absorb making candidates.

The second main paragraph is a little difficult to understand. Why would foreign countries invest? How can more practical knowledge be spread?

Overall, many ideas are unclear and undeveloped. Grammar and vocabulary sometimes interfere with understanding.

All the best,

Some students have an acceptable blend of these but are unable to express themselves due to lack of interpersonal skills. Another reason is increased competition which is also making it very challenging for employers to absorb making candidates.(<--I don't understand this sentence.) Students who don't have specialized or unique skills are not able to find a job. For example, a research company will always prefer a Master candidate over a graduate.

As far as measures are concerned, the government should create more opportunities by investment in the country or by asking foreign countries to invest to retain talent rather than lose them overseas. For instance, Bangalore is a hub for many software companies across the globe. Our education system should impart more practical learning rather than theoretical knowledge so that future students can be prepared to face any kind of challenge.

To conclude, this is a serious challenge facing students and authorities. However, an effective measure should be taken so that students utilize their minds in productive activities rather than being unproductive as “an empty vessel makes much noise”.
