Some people argue that it is the responsibility of the parents to teach children about healthy eating habits, whereas others believe that teachers should be responsible for teaching their students how to eat in a healthy way.
Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Children are more vulnerable and prone to be infected with various diseases like typhoid or jaundice etc. One of the major factor which contributes to this is “what you eat “.However, a shared responsibility can be initiated by parents and school to educate the children on the developing the healthy eating habits.

Nowadays, with the evolvement of fast food and their instant availability, it is serving as a substitute meal for the lot of children to suppress their hunger pangs. With the limited knowledge about the implications on health, children tend to inclined towards the less nutritional food quickly. Parents should help their children in creating such awareness and make them understand about the side effects. For instance, Parents should not encourage them to have outside food frequently instead asked them to have their lunchboxes.

Schools can contribute by having more educational healthy sessions or group activities as a part of their extra-curricular which can help them in understanding the differentiation among the healthy and unhealthy food habits effectively.

I believe there is an equal responsibility of parents and school to help them in learning this process. Though, parents need to be more accountable as children spend majority of their time along with them. They always consider them as their role model which can help them in adapting a healthier lifestyle at an early age.

To conclude, a proper guidance collaboratively will not only help them to improvise their health holistically but also stay them remain active which is considered to be the biggest treasure in form of a healthy living.

Hello!

Do children choose 'bad' food because they are uneducated about it? Where does that leave adults? Does education about food matter? Are people more likely to choose food because of taste?

Why is 'outside' food bad? How are packed lunches better than it? What if the outside food is salad and the packed lunch is chocolate?

If the parents need education, then is it a good idea for the parents to be giving children food at all?

If parents are already the role model, then clearly the parents need educating? Teachers are generally parents, so how are they going to teach the parents and the kids when they don't know themselves?

Sorry, but these are just a few of the key questions that come to mind when I read your essay.

The points made in your essay are very general, so the arguments are not clear.

Please consider these questions and perhaps try again.
