Education has become an integral component in a person’s life. Everyone would like to pursue higher education to become expertly so that they can fulfill their dreams. However, in rural students finds it difficult in accessing the higher education due to various reasons.
Rural students struggle with their basic education. Sometimes they find it difficult to co-op up with the university level of education as their elementary level of concepts is not stronger. Some students are not even aware of their career goals due to lack of awareness. As the students are being refrained from the basic infrastructure because of those sometimes even parents discontinue their education considering the cost. With the inflow of the students and the competition for the limited seats, universities nowadays tries to filter out the students based on the marks scored in their previous education which makes it even tougher for the them to compete. Their exposure is very limited and sometimes they find it challenging to co-op with other students too.
On the other side, some people think universities should evaluate individual talent rather than looking into one’s background. Most of the students think paying the course fee could be a big obstacle for the continuation of their higher studies. In order to ease it, lot of universities provides scholarship to the top performers or under privileged students by waiving off their fees. For instance, majority of government universities in India offers scholarship to the under privileged students. They even help the student in pursuing their research work by giving them the global exposure.
To conclude, a potential of the candidate should be considered so that a talent can be nurtured. Universities should give the rural students easy access and help them in taking one step in achieving their bigger dreams.

Hello!
1. If the students cannot deal with concepts presented on university courses, then should they be at university?
2. "Some students are not even aware of their career goals due to lack of awareness." That's a horrible sentence! But a gold medal for circular logic!
3. Actually, that whole paragraph just goes around in circles.
4. How do we assess the POTENTIAL of one candidate against another?
5. Give them easy access? So, a student goes to university automatically because they are from a rural area, ahead of a good student from a city?
6. Will students from cities get scholarships, or are they exempt? Not all city families are rich. Not all rural families are poor.
I don't think that you have created a good argument here. Your points tend to be a list of assertions rather than the presentation of a coherent argument.
Here's a little trick I used with my students ...
Q: What are the advantages of the internet? A: Oh, you can learn anything from the internet.
Q: Do young people often use the internet in your country? A: Yes, ALL young people use it.
Then I gave them your writing question ...
All the best,
David
