Company’s top level authorities should get their employees in decision making process. Discuss both the views.
****************************
Employees are the integral part of the organization. Top authorities should provide a better environment to foster individuals with a transparent and fair process. while some people believe that management should involve them into their decision process but there are few opponents to this idea. Below essay will analyze both views before drawing a reasoned conclusion.
There are several reason why higher authorities should involve their employees. Firstly, it will create a transparency and trust among them. For instance, majority of the multinational software companies use 360-degree feedback system to express the pain points faced by them in order to improvising the current system. Secondly, it will build a healthier environment and increases the association of the associates with the organization. Lastly, employees will feel more valuable as they are being heard and involved in the process.
On the other side of the argument, involving employees can pose few challenges as well. It would be challenging to maintaining the confidentiality of the information. For instance, a compensation is a highly sensitive matter in an organization and should be restricted to a particular level. In addition to it, a decision making process will become chaotic because of the differences in the thoughts.
To conclude, I strongly believe that management should not involve employees into their decision process. However, they should take their feedback but the final decision should be with the authorities.

Hello!
The clearest problem with this essay is that, as mentioned in the conclusion, if workers are giving feedback, then aren't they part of the decision-making process? (I agree that the final decision and the process are different.)
In the two main paragraphs, some key words/points are left unexplained. What exactly is your point about compensation? Why does it build a healthier environment? I'm not saying these points are incorrect, but they are not developed/clear.
There are some basic errors with vocabulary and grammar - Below essay, Top authorities, several reason, pain points, improvising.
Overall, however, this essay could quite easily be improved to make a very good essay, so you do have a good basis here.
All the best,
David

Below essay will analyze both views before drawing a reasoned conclusion.
Decision making authority in a company is considered a very critical and sensitive activity. Some people argue that the decision making authority should be provided to top level authority only while others argue that all employees should be involved in this process. Both sides are being analyzed below before drawing a reasoned conclusion.
To first camp, decision making should be limited to senior most management only. They argue that decision making authority requires a lot of experience which an average employee lacks. Hence their opinion can not be considered as mature.Another argument that adds weight to this opinion is sensitivity of the decision making process. Like, all employees of a firm can not reach the level of sensitivity. For example, decision of firing people will never reach consensus if opinion of everyone is counted. Hence, it can be seen that only top level management should be involved in decision making authority.
To second camp, everyone should be involved in decision making process. They argue that each employee has unique mind and unique thoughts and hence unique opinion to a problem. They argue that all routes to a specific problem should be counted and weighed before selection of one. Another argument that adds weight to this opinion is the fact that each person has unique experience and hence unique approach and anyone could be best. For example, a small driver boy can couple his car reverse experience will sales push policy and hatch a unique idea. Thus benefits of involvement of employees in decision making process can be seen.
After analyzing both sides of the view, it can be argued that employees should be involved in decision making process, as it helps reach unique solutions. It is suggested that companies conduct regular surveys of employees to count their opinion on urgent issues.
Employees are an integral part of any organization. Top authorities should provide a better environment to support individuals with a transparent and fair process. While some people believe that management should involve employees in their decision process, there are a few opponents to this idea. This essay will analyze both views before drawing a reasoned conclusion.
There are several reason why higher authorities should involve their employees in decisions. Firstly, it will create a transparency and trust among them. For instance, many multinational software companies use a 360-degree feedback system to pinpoint areas needing improvement in order to streamline the current system. Secondly, it builds a healthier environment and increases the investment of employees into the organization. Lastly, employees will feel more valuable as they are being heard and involved in the process.
On the other side of the argument, involving employees can pose some challenges as well. It would be challenging to maintain confidentiality of the information shared with employees. For instance, compensation is a highly sensitive matter in an organization and should be restricted to a particular level. In addition to this, a decision making process will become chaotic because of the differences in opinion.
To conclude, I strongly believe that management should not involve employees in their decision process. However, they should take their feedback into account when making the final decision.
