From my experience i found this website really helpful, it helps me to get band 7 in speaking test.
You can use the free vocabulary topics to practice or subscribe for ielts speaking advancedas i did. It really worth it. The 10 units course would guide you step by step to improve your level.

I agree, very useful website. I used to use it when prepared for my exam. I really liked topic vocabulary and model answers. Haven't tried the course but I think it worth trying.
