The diagram described the whole process from how fruit cans were produced to it’s ready to serve on the market.
Fruits are firstly picked by hands then delivered to factories by truck. After cleaning, all fruits are going to be checked. The ones damaged or not qualified are selected out. The following step is cooling. Fruits are stored in the temperature below 0 C for a period of time then they are graded by weighing. Till now, almost all qualified fruits are ready for further processing.
Fruits are chopped into blocks of sliced into stripes basing on different versions of fruit products after skins are peeled. Then different shapes of flesh are canned on the producing line by specialized machine. When cans are sealed the last step of produce is cooking the packed fruit over flame,by which, products are stirilized. Then labelled on cans, fruit products are lined up in the storage and ready to be loaded to the market.
Overall, there are 6 steps to prepare raw materials before fruit producing. After the processes of peeling, cutting, canning, sealing and cooking, fruit products are labelled to serve consumers.
