I am Mandeep Singh. I am from India and I am preparing for IELTS. I have taken exam once, but my score was not good in speaking as i have stammering issue.Then i have tried for stammering certificate from every government doctor ,they denied to do that they are not considering stammering as disability..I am going to take exam again and i do not want to score bad in speaking again.What can i do for it.Please help..I want to score 7 in each module.

Hello Mandeep!
I'm not familiar with the situation in India. Is it possible to go to a foreign doctor to get a certificate? Perhaps you could check with the BC/IDP to see what they say.
I don't actually know what happens to the speaking scores for candidates with stammers. We have procedures for examiners when dealing with this situation, but these do not affect the score.
