The pie charts represent the yearly expenditure of a specific school in UK in the years 1981,1991, and 2001.
Throughout the three years, a major portion of the school’s budget has been consumed by salaries paid to teachers. Payments to other workers, and furniture accounts for two other major categories while resources and insurance accounts for smaller figures.
While teachers’ benefits increased from 40% in 1981 to 45% in 2001, those of other employees of the school declined steadily over the years from 28% to 15%. The amount spent on resources rose in 1991 as compared to 1981 before declining to an all-time low at 9% in 2001.
Insurance figures surged gradually throughout the three-year period from 2% to 3% and finally to 8% in 2001. The percentage allocated to furniture and equipment was 15% in 1981. It dipped to its lowest point at 5% through ten years before increasing to a staggering 23% in 2001.

Overall, this is quite good. Vocabulary and grammar are both very good, with plenty of trend language and a very good range of structures used accurately. The overview should try to mention trends as well.
