Doctors in many countries say that people do not do enough physical exercises. What are the causes of this trend? How can the situation be improved?
Declining health of the community is majorly reasoned out by doctors with reduced physical exertion by the people, which needs to be addressed with effective measures chasing the traced reasons.
Today, health disorders are becoming common in the society where doctor’s detection points the needle majorly towards their desk-bound life which has taken people away from the physical toil. Fragmenting the reasons to that can be rooted to the changed lifestyle of people where they have become carefree towards health as “health is not valued until sickness knocks”. People are so busy in their schedules working from dawn to dusk do not have time to spare for exercise. Their work-oriented life makes them work for extended hours, leaving no time to adhere their routine rules, where physical exercises are placed on the back seat by most modern peasants.
Considering doctor’s indications as crucial for health , conscious steps are required by the people to improve health levels. Awareness in each individual is must as they are the only one who can make difference to their own life. They need to analyse their time table and reduce the sedentary hours by becoming active through out the day. Importantly they need to start Regular exercise every morning by curtailing their schedules, where morning walks should be made mandatory and if not otherwise at least start practicing yoga which can replace some sort of exercises. Practically they need to reduce use of motorised vehicles and use bicycles for short distance travel, which can also make significant difference.
In conclusion it can be said that physical exercise is must in this modern life if people want to live a healthy and wealthy life.
