My name is Helen. Guys, maybe you can give me some advice.
I registered for IELTS and I didn't know that IELTS Centers have a right to schedule a Speaking Test 7 days either before or after the test date. They I read 'Terms and Conditions' and paid for the test, there was no information about it. Previously I passed IELTS in an other country, and both parts of the Test took place on the same day.
Today I got a notice that Speaking Test will be in two weeks, 2 days before the test date. And I'm abroad and cannot come.
Did someone experience the same problem? Any advice? Thanks, people!

I don't have such experience, but I think the first thing you should do is to phone the test center you registered and see if anything they could do for you.
