As you know, I am full time involved in a full day job. Although my job description demand my eight hours duty only but unfortunately a recent development has changed this scenario totally. My company is engaged in an tight schedule project and I am given a key responsibility in this project. Pertinently, I am expected to work for extended hours. This extra work burden not only consumes my time but also deprive me off my energies, when I exit office.

Due to my key role and my extensive involvement in this important task, I am unable to continue my evening course further. Even if I spare half hour each day, I cannot focus to absorb course material due to lack of energy. Hence, my involvement in this course cannot be a possibly in near future.

I understand that this course has utmost important for my career and in addition I like this course for my personal attitude tendency would like to withdraw from this course for temporary but undefined time period will immediately re-join once I get my assignment finished.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to formally advise you that I am unable to continue my evening course further. Please allow me to elaborate on my situation.

As you know, I work full time during the day. Although my job usually only requires eight hours, a recent development has changed this scenario totally. My company is engaged in an tightly scheduled project and I have been given a key responsibility in this project. Because of this, I am expected to work extended hours. This extra work not only consumes my time but also deprives me of my energies, when I am able to leave.

Due to my key role and my extensive involvement in this important task, I am unable to continue my evening course further. Even if I spare half an hour each day, I cannot focus enough to absorb the course material due to lack of energy. Hence, my withdrawal from the course.

I understand that this course has utmost importance for my career and I have been enjoying it immensely. If possible, I would like to withdraw from this course for temporary but undefined time period will immediately re-join once my assignment is finished.

As you know, I am full time involved in a full day job. Although my job description demands my eight hours duty[my job spans on eight hours only] only but unfortunately[un necessary word as I have used but] a recent development has changed this scenario[ routine]totally. You see, my company is engaged[recently awarded] in an [a]tight schedule project and as a result, I am given a key responsibility in this project. This extra work burden not only consumes my time[full day] but also deprives me off my energies, when I exit office[at end of day].

Due to my key role and my extensive[sudden] involvement in this important task, I am unable to [focus on]continue my evening course further. Even if I spare half hour each day, I cannot focus to absorb course material due to lack of focus caused by tired work. Although I understand that as per rules and regulations of your institution, I do not deserve any refund of my fee. However, based on my above situation, I would request you to shift my reservation for another future session as a compensation of this fee.
