Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about decaying condition of furniture of your house would like you to take immediate actions to provide a satisfactory furniture. Please allow me to elaborate further.
I, along with my wife and kids, rented two room apartment from your renowned estate agency, two days back at murree road.Confident of your services, I did not bother to check conditions of the apartment. Unfortunately, during usage of this house, furniture of this house turned out to be much wary and decaying. It seems that the furniture has not been provided with adequate services and maintenance. For this reason, it has lost its good appearance as well as its internal strengths.
As you can understand, I am expecting visit of many guests in this apartment in next two weeks. For this reason only, I rented your apartment and trusted your good reputation. Pertinently, I would like you to replace this furniture with better furniture as early as convenient for you.Please note that I am expecting first visit of my guests after two days so this replacement should not go beyond this deadline.
