Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my gratitude for the service that I received during my stay at your hotel. Allow me to explain the situation and the help offered.
Actually I am from Sydney and had business seminars in Bangkok last month. I choose your hotel to stay for a week and during my stay I had a minor accident. I fell near a swimming pool while I was trying to refresh myself after long day seminar. Unluckily my keens were scratched and bleed, but fortunately one of your staff Jim was nearby and offered me help. He took me to my room and provides first aid service, and also took care of my necessities afterwards. In addition during my check-out he carried my luggage to the cab which I believe is not included in his job role.
I would like you to convey my thank you message along with the gift card that I have attached with this letter to him. In the future, I will suggest my friends to stay at your hotel as you staffs are friendly, helpful and well behaved.
