In today’s competitive world, employments hold a pivotal role for economic welfare for the people and their nations. Though the causes of this are varied, the overall tendency of people declining job opportunities are ballooning on a rapid rate. Apart from geriatric and disable people refusing jobs, it seems to be a negative trend. This will be proven by looking at how this influence younger generations to avoid jobs and the importance of work to fulfil basic needs.

Firstly, a person refusing job acts as a poor role model for the youngsters. That is to say, younger people easily adopt this trend when their job requires higher level of specifications. As a result the productivity and the creativity of the individual will be limited, and a country should lose the future professionals. This is thus clear that rejecting job brings drawbacks for the youth as well as the societies.

Secondly, Job is an essential means to fulfil basic requirements of life, and supports to be mentally wellbeing. For example, when an individual refugees’ job he will be financially weak, and as a consequences government should allocate the revenue for these unemployed people. In addition to this, free minds acts as a precursor to criminal activity. When an individual is not working he may start illegal activity to support himself. As these above examples exemplify, refuging job opportunities creates extreme disadvantages for both the countries overall development.

To conclude, rejecting employment chances poses several drawbacks for the individual and the nation’s economy. However, it is people’s right to choose the avenue of their life, so, it is recommended that people understand the importance of jobs and show patriotism for their nations through this means.
