How long does it take to prepare for IELTS to get 7 bands?

I got 54 marks in TOEFL iBT test last year with no preparation at all say 30 minutes to see TOEFL test pattern and went in examination center.
Now my concerns to get 7 Bands in IELTS within next 3 months and i am curious if i can get 7 Bands having only 54 TOEFL score last year?
if yes please tell me how i can prepare each section to get 7 Bands.
In my TOEFL test last year i got 10 marks in reading, 11 marks in listening , 18 marks in speaking and 15 marks in writing.

Hi there,

You should register to do an IELTS mock-up test in a trusted English center to get your rough estimated band score. It's hard to infer anything because it depends on your effort.
