I am Phoebe from Cebu, Philippines. I am taking my IELTS exam this October and I happen to see this forum online. I am a nurse in the Philippines but I am currently an ESL online teacher for Japanese and Taiwanese. I took my IELTS exam about two years ago and got a really low score for my writing test. I hope I can get around the staff here. :D
