Question: Nowadays an increasing number of people change their career and place of residence several times during their life. Is this a positive or a negative development?

Inhabitation and employment are two key elements for human life. Because of the high availability and comfort most of the people are changing their homes and jobs quite often nowadays .It is agreed that these changings are positive sign of developments .This argument will be proven by analysing the financial demand as well as the living standard of the people.

Firstly, the financial demands of the people , nowadays, are increasing rapidly as they are getting variety of opportunities from different companies. For example , in a recent statistics by Malaysian government, on an average ,for each skilled person there is five vacancies available. These high availability of employment increase the financial demand of the people which eventually provoke them to switch the job whenever they get any better offers from other company. Thus, it can be seen from example that shifting the profession illustrated the high job availability of the country which is an encouraging signal for the unemployment problem.


Furthermore, living standards of the people are amending day by day. For instance, people are migrating from one country to another for better living standards. In a recent statistics shows that there are more than a million people are migrating from India to Australia each year. These migration depicts the improved facilities and high standard of life leading of the migrating country. So, by this example it is clear that shifting the residence presents the sign of improved life standard.

To conclude after analysing the above ideas , changing the career and the residents are a very good indication of human development in terms of financial status and improved life leadings.

It is agreed that these changs are positive sign of developments(singular) .This argument will be proven by analysing the financial demand - do you mean employment demand? financial demand generally refers to funding requirements as well as the living standards of the people.

Firstly, the financial demands of the people , nowadays, are increasing rapidly as they are getting variety of opportunities from different companies.
Employment demand is on a rapid rise as a result of ample opportunities from different companies in various professions.
For example , in a recent statistics by Malaysian government, on an average ,for each skilled person there is- are five vacancies available. These- This high availability of employment increases the financial demand of the people the demand for people which eventually provoke-encourages them to switch the jobs whenever they get any better offers from other company. Thus, it can be seen from example that shifting the professions illustrated the high job availability of the country which is an encouraging signal for the unemployment problem. Thus frequent moves is only a symptom of underlying positive change of numerous opportunities helping to reduce unemployment.

So improved lifestyles is an undeniable positive from residential changes.

To conclude after analysing the above ideas , changing the career and the residents changing careers and/or residences are a very good indication of human development in terms of financial status and improved life leadings - lifestyles.

So it can be concluded that frequently changing careers and residences, despite the hassles involved, are indications of sound financial health and improving wellbeing of a society.
