That is why, adults lesuire time increase and they gather at night in cities different places and do some crime for fun.(<--Reword to: "Because of this, they have time to gather and commit offences for fun.") For instance, they theft cars, do burglary, broke into house etc.(<--Delete this sentence.) One reasonable solution for these street crimes is to encourage individuals to organize and utilize their time better. Also, the government should provide youth with more interesting educational opportunities.

In addition to this, there are several other reasons crime is occurring in cities. Firstly, inner-city areas experience high levels of crime as more criminals gather in these places. Secondly, sentences for juvenile crime in most cases is limited to a heavy fine. I think these crimes are adrressed only very srtictly sentences for hardened criminals.(<--Reword to: "I believe the only was to address these crimes is to have stricter sentencing.") And for youth offence it is the appropriate way if the authority want to eleminate crime, judge long term corporal punishment more clearly young criminals dispatch community services.(<--I don't understand this sentence.)

To conclude, in cities the vital problem is younger criminals. So the government should focus on how youths spend their free time and supply them with job opportunities in order to reduce crime in cities.
