Kindly check my essay and critique on it . i am aiming to get 8 band. jsut started the preperation so here is my second essay.

Q : according to the law of many states you become an adult at age of Eighteen or twenty one but for some people the sense of being an adult does not depend on chronological age. They would argue that a particular experience or series of experiences make them feel adult. What does being an adult mean to you? Support your view with specific examples from your own experiences, observation or reading.
Answer:
The topic in hand is about the definition of adulthood. Some argues that adulthood means a person’s chronological age while across the table another opinion stays put which is that a person’s life experiences make him adult. I opt for the latter because being adult means learning to deal with all sorts of people that you come across because such experiences teach you managing anger, making tough decisions and above all reading mindset of people around you.
Firstly, anger management is key skill to survive in professional life. It is a common observation that after heated up conversations between authorities all the anger and rage travels down the spiral on the people in positions of no authority in the company, because one cannot be blunt in front of his higher officials. Therefore, for people in lower post it is most important to control the anger when the are being scolded despite no concrete reasons, the reason being that doing so can get them expelled out of the company or might end up in bad reputation of that employee.
Secondly, apart from anger management decision making is vital still for becoming successful person. In domestic life or the professional life the people who are not decision makers end up having very bad relations. A person should be a decision maker and the decision should be practical for implementation purpose. Adults who stand their ground, once the decision have been made, not only get respect from people but concurrently they feel sense of responsibility and maturity. This can only be learned by tough experiences of life.
Finally yet importantly, adulthood means reading mindset of people around you. People who have this ability get along with other very well. They know how to get their work done by others and doing work for others very effectively. In family life such people are looked up to as exemplary personalities, because they understand what others want and at the same time they know what others expect of them. This is most crucial skill to have in order to spend a wonderful life by minimizing the conflicts while simultaneously promoting a sense of trustworthiness in others for you.
From the above discussion it becomes crystal clear that adulthood is not defined by one’s chronological age rather it is a set of skills which are learnt through diverse life experiences. Merely chronological age does not make you an adult but how one deals with others defines the level of maturity and adulthood.
