To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is known that companies are getting more strict in their employee selection process, and it is defined by many factors. Among the most relevant is Education. Based on historical data, it is the most critical feature that helps companies to identify the right person for a position, and it will remain in the future. Indeed, theoretical knowledge is the frame for any professional action and is increasing the competence among candidates.
Knowledge guides people to make the best decision in a professional situation, for instance, doctors are requested to enroll in a college for a 5 years program to learn concepts and understand how the human body is composed, Moreover, they have to memorize symptoms for each disease and their treatments. In fact, students of medicine are not allowed to provide any diagnostic unless they have finished their studies. This embodies the idea that knowledge is the frame for any decision, thus supporting the insight that education will be fundamental in the future.
Furthermore, the competence among candidates to get a professional position is harder, therefore, is most common to see more people well prepared than in the past. In fact, nowadays people do not limit their preparation in getting a degree, they also include others abilities, like studying different languages, to make their profile more attractive for companies. Statistically is proven that people with high levels of education have more professional opportunities, this tendency has shown that the importance of formal qualifications to qualify in a position will remain in the future.
To summarize, education is fundamental to perform a job efficiently. In addition, the increasing demand for candidates qualified is encouraging people toward endless preparation. These support the idea that formal qualification will be requested by companies in a foreseeable future.
