People say the best way to keep fit is to go to the gym or health club, other ordinary people say the everyday activities such as walking or climbing stairs are also effective. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

MY ANSWER:
Many people like to go to the gym in order to keep fit and stay in shape, but this is unnecessary for some people who believe walking and climbing stairs everyday can simply help them stay healthy. In my opinion, maintaining some everyday activities can be a better option.
There are many kinds of facilities for different sports in the gym or health club, people can choose whatever they want to train themselves with. On one hand, this makes it more interesting for people to do sports, on the other hand, professional facilities guarantee people's safety while exercising. People can also decide if they want intensive training or moderate one in the gym, and there will be professional coaches there to make plans for them so that they can exercise in a more efficient way.
Everyday activities help people keep fit, too. People who want to stay healthy by maintaining a certain amount of everyday activities don't even need to spend extra time on exercising because doing these activities is a part of their lives. Doing everyday activities also helps protect the environment. For example, people who climb stairs to keep fit don't take the elevator, which saves energy.
From my perspective, doing everyday activities is not only environmentally-friendly, but also helps people save money because they don't need to pay for a membership to do these activities. There is a wide range of activities of people to choose from. Jogging in a park allows people to breathe fresh air and enjoy the view, while running on a treadmill only gives people the smell of sweat.

Hello!

Overall, a good essay. There is a good range of structures and vocabulary although points are a little general and should be more developed. Notice that the conclusion is almost as long as the second main paragraph. Organisation is clear and sentence order is good.

All the best,
David
