One of biggest challenge which every commuters faces is commuting in the Urban cities. With the increased number of vehicular movement, people spend more time in roads which affects the ecosystem of the place due to rise in the pollution level. This essay will support the banning of the private vehicles in the city centers so that it will help in controlling the traffic conditions.

The main reason for the increased traffic conditions in the city is due to the lack of infrastructure and number of vehicles. People are migrating to the cities and prefer to use their own transportation. Therefore, by banning the personal transportation can help in regulating it more effectively. For instance, in Bangalore thousands of vehicles are being registered on a daily basis which eventually takes hours to commute for a shorter distance during peak hours of the day. Thus, results in parking their vehicles illegally either at roadside or in front of other houses due to the space constraint.

Another reason is the restriction of the private vehicles will ease the traffic conditions in the city area. This will encourage people to use more public transportation and make them stress free from driving. More usage of the transportation will even in generating revenue for the government. For instance,a drive has been organized in Bangalore areas like MG road with no vehicle zone for a day. This has really helped public to walk freely on the streets and use their Eco-friendly transportation(cycle) for commute.

To conclude, i strongly believe that people should be abandoned using their personal vehicles.Even it will alleviate the stress which one gets which could be harmful for their health and can utilize their time for productive work. This small contribution can help us breath fresh air and make the place livable for present and future.
