writing task 2

I am going to take the IELTS in September and I still have sone problems with the writing part task 2, could you please help me.

[bIn the past, when students did a university degree, they tended to study in their own country.
Nowadays, they have more opportunity to study abroad.
what are the advantages and disadvantages of this development?
You should use your own ideas, knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and relevant evidence.[/b]
As the years goes by the possibilities to study in a foreign country have increased and are increasing allowing young learners to broad their horizons in the world, but sometimes can be hard live alone in an unknown city especially because not everyone is prepared to front a completely new lifestyle.
This essay will analyse upsides and downsides alike of studying abroad.
Firstly, I suppose that having the opportunity to study abroad, thanks to many Government and University partnership,is a significant resource for any student that want explore the world and his study subject in a different perspective.Nowadays loads of University offered a huge number of programs to study in another country and usually with the chance to win a scholarship to afford their short or long stay in there.
Nevertheless, it is not easy to get a scholarship and the students must prove to have specific language or personal skill to demonstrate to deserve it. Additionally, sometimes it can be hard to start living out of our home country because of many different reasons, first of all the language. Even though someone has been studying a language for years talk with native speakers is always a challenge. Moreover homesick of our house, our parents and friends can play a significant role in our choice.
All in all , having studied abroad for almost one year, I must say that this is an experience definitely to do once in a lifetime. In fact spending a period of time far from our belonging and out from our safe space, allow people to grow up faster and I would say better. Basically, our brain opens itself automatically to understand and absorb new information and knowledge just because this is the only way to survive, we can count only on our skills. To sum up , studying abroad is not an easy way to get into our studying but it surely a worth way to get into our life.
