Task I

The charts below give information about travel to and from UK ,and about the most popular countries for UK residents to visit.

The first chart illustrates data about the number of people who migrated to and from UK and second chart highlights most countries that emigrants preferred to visit.
It can be clearly seen that there are considerably increase in the number both emigrants and immigrants during the whole period shown. It is also noticeable that France and Spain are by far the most popular countries among UK residentschoices.
Looking at information in more detail, figures both two trends started at around 12 million and 10 million respectively in 1979.By 1999,the number of overseas residents visited UK had grown steadily to just under 30 million, while figures for emigrants rose significantly to well over 500 million by the end of the period shown.
The most popular one among 5 nations was France, so that nearly over 10 million people from UK visited there. Spain took second place in the range of popularity. Although Greece and USA shared similar proportion of people migrated to these states, figure for Turkey was lowest, at approximately 3 million.
