Fluency - Good. Few pauses. Speech is a little fast.
Coherence - Good use of connectives.
Vocabulary - A little vague. Not much precise vocabulary, especially in the first example.
Grammar - Good basic grammar with some complex structures.
Pronunciation - Sometimes unclear, but good intonation and some stress. The fast speech might be an issue here.
