a letter: complain about restaurnt service

You had a meal at a restaurant. You are not happy with the service. Write to the manager to complain about it. Give details about the problems and request some compensation or refund.
I am writing to bring to your attention the bad service and food my wife and I received at your restaurant recently.
Last week on May 10th Saturday, my wife and I visited your restaurant. Since it was our 10th anniversary, I planned to have a special meal with my wife. We chose your restaurant because it was recommended in the website www.bestfood.com.
However, it turned out that I made a big mistake. When we arrived at your restaurant at 6:30, we had had to wait for almost 30 minutes to be seated. After that we waited for another 30 minutes to have our order to be served. We ordered a Fish Soup and a Lame Chops. Unfortunately, the Fish Soup was too salty and the Lame Chops was totally over cooked. We were extremely disappointed and complained at the time, but the waitress was very unhelpful and said there was nothing she could do. We finally left your restaurant without touching the food anymore.
Since we did not even eat the food, I would like to request a full refund for the horrible food we were served.
