It is cleared that the total amount of CFC emissions slightly decrease over a period of 5 years . In particular, the level in India rose while the level of Germany, Russia and Japan fell .
Beginning with the top leading group , Japan and Russia constantly the most CFCs release countries with a similar pattern of decreasing direction . Throughout the period of four years , while the numbers in Japan had flatten out for a while then commenced to marginally decrease to just under 1400MT before stabilizing, Russia's numbers rose rapidly from whether 1600MT in 2005 finished at 1700MT in 2008. This gap of approximately 300MT remained to contrast as both levels speedily dived for one year until both nations ascend by 1500MT for Russia and 1200MT for Japan in 2009.
