FIRSTLY,DRUNK DRIVING AND OVER SPEED ARE THE MAIN CULPRITS BEHIND THE SURGING RATE OF ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS IRRESPECTIVE OF THE AGE OF THE DRIVERS.FOR INSTANCE,STUDIES AFFIRMS THAT ONE THIRD OF DEATH INVOLVED IN ROAD ACCIDENTS IS THE RESULT OF ALCOHOL -IMPAIRED DRIVING CRASHES,WHICH IS NOT ONLY A HABIT IN TEENAGERS,BUT ALSO IN OLDER PEOPLE.THIS CAN BE REDUCED BY ENFORCING STRINGENT LAWS AGAINST DRUNKEN DRIVERS TO ENSURE ROAD SAFETY.
