To begin with, I believe that by passing laws, people would have a higher awareness about recycling waste in life, and therefore the government could motivate the environmental protection in the public. When recycling household rubbish is considered a legal requirement, everyone would follow this. This will ensure that every person could have a good habit in daily life in long term. In other words, this force would make a great step in recycling significantly a profound amount of household waste, which certainly contributes to reducing environmental pollution. To take Norway as an example, Norway's government made efforts to pass waste recycling laws. Nowadays Norway is one of the cleanest countries in the world.
