Hi All,
Please be advised that the following essay appeared on the ILETS test in Australia on 21/09/13.

Some people say that the quality of life is defined is by the money someone makes, others say free time determines the quality of life.
Which one in your opinion is correct?
What are some factors that affect quality of life?

Of course it is paraphrased but the gist is present :D

Hi Ryan,
Although I am unsure how well I did in writing, I am hoping of achieving my desired band score.
Fingers are crossed

By the way, I am Yogi

Hi Erica,

I am sorry to hear the disappointing news. Try not to let it get you down. A test taker's grammar often holds them back from band 7. Sentences that are inaccurate 50% of the time or more will instantly convert your examiner's impression of your ability to communicate in written English, and they will not award you band 7 (even if the other areas of your writing are strong). I'm not saying that this is your problem, but it is a commonly encountered roadblock on the path to band 7.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Try to stay positive.
