Veg or non-vegetarian have always remained a controversial debate where both sides have their own points to prove their preferences.
To start with, favoring non vegetarian food, more than half population of the world prefer non-vegetarian food as their diet and have strong reasons to their preference. It is seen that there are certain parts of world which totally believe in non-vegetarian food and as per them it is common to kill animals and eat their flesh. Secondly, this form of food is more consumed by the young generation across the world.
Imitating the modern approach of western countries many people turned to non-vegetarian diet but there are countries, which have extreme weather conditions and eating flesh or sea food becomes necessity to survive and the places where vegetation is not possible have no other option to kill and eat animals. In certain religions like Christianity and Islam, eating flesh of animals as a normal form of food and it is not a bad omen at all. They also argue that if animals are not eaten their population may exceed the human population and there will be no place to live and walk comfortably on earth.
On the other side, the next half of the population considers killing animals and eating flesh as against their religious beliefs and strictly remain vegetarian. As per them vegetables are rich in every nutritional aspect. Vegetarian diet gives required proteins, minerals and carbohydrates to the body to keep it functioning. We can find many wrestlers are vegetarian but still maintain required capacity to fight.
To quote example of Spinach, it is very rich in iron content and certain pulses contains even more protein compared to meat. It is a conventional approach to follow humanity and do not kill animals. Even nature has given us body which does not favor non vegetarian food. Our nails and teeth are flat, unlike the wild animals who have sharp nails and teeth to cut flesh. Secondly, human digestive system does not secrete those acids which can digest flesh easily. Many other physical structures and attitudes prove that human body is not meant for non- vegetarian meal.
To conclude we can say that no matter how much population eats meat but our body and our religion does not allow us to consume flesh of animals and violate animal rights .
